Technical Assistance, a department that has always been recognized as one of AEB Alternative Fuel Electronics’ strengths, is continuously available to provide customers all necessary information regarding the technical specifications of AEB products and technical applications of the products themselves.

 

AEB Technical Assistance also tests products in collaboration with the R&D Department and holds refresher courses for customers on its premises and in other areas of the world.

Technical Assistance directly and indirectly supports the Sales Department, lending weight to sales on various international markets.

To speak with an AEB Technician:

Monday - Friday,
9:30 am – 12:30 pm
and 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (Central Europe Time)

 

In addition to the Technical Assistance Service, AEB places at all its customer's disposal an exclusive AEB ON LINE software where it is possibile to find all the necessary information for the conversion of vehicle to LPG and CNG system.

Thanks to this instrument, it is possibile to easly consult from its own PC with an Internet connection, all the installing schemes of AEB products suitable for every kind of vehicle included in our database.

In order to have access to this program, it is necessary to have the suitable hardware key, the AEB OLAR USB, that can be required to its own dealer. If you already have it, you can ask for the activation of the service through the provided form.
